Tip n°45 : Sleep (Part 3)

Here we go again for the rest and end of this exciting subject that is our 💤 SLEEP 💤.

If despite all the precautions detailed in the previous post, sleep 🥱 is still not there... Here are some additional TIPS:

✅ Try to get up 🙋‍♀️ at the same time ⏰ every morning, no matter how many hours you sleep, this will regulate your biological clock 🕰️.

✅ Avoid naps 🥱 ... yes, it's tempting but you risk sleeping even less at night...

✅ Go to sleep only when you are tired 😴 🛌.

Although it may seem complicated 😣 at first, it is much preferable to tossing 🌀 and turning 🌀 in your bed 🛌 ... by doing this, you also regulate your biological clock 🕰️.

✅ Consume soothing 🍵 herbal teas 😌 such as chamomile, valerian or linden, they are often welcome 🙏 after a busy day.

✅ Listen to some 🎶 soft 🎶 music… we avoid hard rock or techno 👨‍🎤🤘👩‍🎤… we totally agree 😂😉😅!

✅ A good book 📖 is often a good natural sleeping pill ... well... needless to say that thrillers where people kill with an ax are not necessarily the best choice of books 😉❗. We agree too 😉.

✅ Some 🌬️ breathing 🌬️ exercises such as heart/brain coherence 🧠:

👉 Pay attention to your heart

👉 Slow down your breathing and imagine that it is your heart that is breathing

👉 It inflates and deflates to the rhythm of your breath

👉 Feel this feeling of calm and peace that settles in and breathe into this sensation.

This exercise significantly stimulates your parasympathetic nervous system, the one that calms you and soothes us 😌🧘‍♀️😌.

He’s what we need when it’s time to rest 🙏.

✅ For the most recalcitrant sleep 😩, there are natural remedies such as Passionflower, Tilia Tomentosa, Valerian, Eschscholtzia or even melatonin.

⚠️ However, for these last two remedies, I advise you to ask the green light 🚦 from your attending physician 👨‍⚕️👩‍⚕️ … even if these remedies are called “natural”, there may be contraindications.

One last thing: a life of insomnia 🤯 does not mean not sleeping for the rest of your life 🧐... and...

... One last piece of advice... if after about twenty minutes ⏳ you don't sleep... come on, 30 minutes max ⌛... get up !

There is no point in staying in bed, you risk going around in circles 🌀, and your mind too 🤯…

Get up and leave your room 🛌.

If possible, go to your terrace or garden 🐞🐛🐌 to change the atmosphere and especially the temperature 🌡️.

This will make it easier to fall asleep ☺️ once you return to your room.

Difficult to cover everything for such a vast subject, there are still other solutions but they require specialized monitoring 🩺 ...
