This week I'm going to talk about 🌱🌱🌱🌱 GERMED SEEDS 🌱🌱🌱🌱 .

It was while writing this that I realised 🧐 I should talk about it more often in consultation 👩🏻⚕️ ...

Yes, 🌱 sprouted seeds 🌱 and young shoots, are concentrates of life 🌈 and energy 🌟 .

They should be regularly invited to our meals 🍽 because they are real 💎 treasures 💎 of nature that we don't think about often enough ...

A seed is a real energy plant 🌠 ... imagine how much energy it takes to grow a plant 🪴 from a tiny seed❓

Whether you live in the city 🌃 or in the countryside 🏡 , sprouted seeds are within everyone's reach 😄 .

Simple seeds already provide many nutrients that are very beneficial for your health 👍 ... but when you sprout them 🤩 ... then there 🤩🤩🤩 ... it's an explosion of 💥 nutritional values and goodies 😋 ... it's like a birth 🐣 ... a birth from nature 🏞 ...

👉 Let me detail the many effects of germination :

✅ Boosts enzyme activity by 6 to 20 times.

Enzymes are present in all living things 🧬... they are essential for biochemical reactions 🧬 of the body such as for example digestion processes in that they "break" large molecules into smaller entities to make them assimilable by our digestive system 😊 .

The increase in enzyme activity is a kind of predigestion that makes sprouted seeds highly digestible 😌 .

✌️ Tip 1: Legumes (grains) contain indigestible substances 🤢 which sometimes make them difficult to digest 🤢 in some people 😦 ... simply soaking them for several hours, or even overnight, before cooking them greatly reduces these substances and digestion becomes much better 😄 .

✌️ Tip 2: I advise you to soak your oleaginous fruits (walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts 🐿 etc) as well.

Even if you can't see 👀 the germ 🌱 it's definitely there somewhere 🤓 ... and this pregermination will make the minerals, including calcium 🦴 for example, much more easily assimilable by your body 👍 .

✅ Development of chlorophyll 🌿 which seems to have favourable effects for the heart 🫀, lungs 🫁 , liver and kidneys as well as the vascular system (cleansing effect).

✅ The overall content of vitamins 🍊 , minerals and trace elements, they are called micronutrients, is multiplied by a factor of 100 💯 up to 1000 depending on the nutrient concerned.

A real elixir 🌻 of good health!

There is even production of vitamin that did not exist before like for example vitamin C absent in wheat grain and present +++ in wheat germ 😮😮😮!

✅ Complete source of protein, very interesting for vegetarians.

Ex: alfafa, soy, lentil, wheat or quinoa sprouts.

✅ High concentration of antioxidants which are those substances that fight against the ageing of our cells 👧🏻👧🏻👧🏻!

Sprouted seeds are the benefit of raw food, so alive to the power of 1000 🌈🌈🌈!

They regenerate, revitalize, remineralize, alkalize (decrease acidity), detoxify and strengthen your entire body 🌈 !

Don't you think that's amazing ❓❓❓

The benefits 💪 for your digestive, immune and ultimately all systems are huge ... it's a great way to protect yourself from infectious diseases 🦠😷🦠 .

👉👉👉 You can find all the information on the net about germinating seeds at home. There are ready-made kits in the shops, you can also use a jar.

👉👉👉 Choose your seeds fresh (avoid them lying around somewhere for years 😉 ), organic and whole (white rice does not germinate 😶 ).

👍 Sprouted seeds are a real food nectar that it would be a shame to go without

👍 It's economical, fun and above all excellent for your health.

👍 A fantastic way to eat fresh and raw all year round.

❓ So ... have I convinced you ❓ ➡️ Here we go ... to our sprouts ⬅️!!!

🌳 Nature offers us countless riches ... thanks to her 🌳

In ☁️ thoughts ☁️ with you dear readers ...

Come on, ✨✨✨ MIAM la Vie ✨✨✨ and see you next week!
