Tip n°62 : Seasonal Change: Prepare Your Immune System Naturally

Every year, I tell you about it because every year it's important. From one year to the next, nothing changes in this regard.
Whether you live in the northern or southern hemisphere 🗺️, we're all in the midst of a seasonal change 🌈.
Yes, this transition leaves behind summer 🥵 or winter 🥶, to make way 👉 for a completely different climate. And as if that weren't enough, in many countries you'll be going back to the clocks!
When our environment changes, our entire body has to adapt 🙄.
This transition 😉 can be tricky for our immune system, which is sometimes a little weakened 🥺 by this change, before, of course, it regains its balance ⚖️.
So isn't it a good time to give you some sound advice so you can get through the winter (or summer) with your immune system in top form 💪❓

The following also applies to anyone who feels the need to boost their immunity and their entire body 💪.
👉 I'll start with THE basics: VITAMIN D!
It's the vitamin your skin produces when you expose yourself to the sun 🔆 … so when it comes to sun exposure in Europe, we sometimes miss out ☔, and in any case, during this time of year, the sun's rays ☀️ aren't strong enough to stimulate the synthesis of sufficient amounts of vitamin D 🤷♀️.
Just imagine, in Mauritius 🇲🇺, deficiencies are just as common as in Europe 🇪🇺!
Yes, yes, you read that right, incredible, right ❓
Not so much when you consider the often massive use of sunscreen 🧴, sometimes at the slightest ray of sunshine.
Be careful ✋, I'm not saying you should turn into an overcooked prawn 🔥, what I'm suggesting is that reasonable daily exposure in the morning or at the end of the day, without cream, for 10 to 15 minutes is a good way to produce your own vitamin D, not to mention all the benefits that daylight has on your brain 🧠, among other things 👌.
Here I am, doing a little twist 🩰 to suggest you always ask for the vitamin D (25-OH-vitamin D) dosage when you have a blood test 🩸.
It's simple and it can pay off big 🤑😉!!!
End of the twist 🩰😆.
But there's no need to get a blood test before sunbathing 🔆 in drops or tablets: with 1500 IU/day of this precious vitamin, you're safe 🙂 because yes, overdose is toxic.
Phew 😅! That's it for THE vitamin for your immune system 💪.
👉 There's another one that will be of great help to you: Vitamin C.
It also boosts your immune system 💪, and a course of treatment as winter approaches 🌨️ (or if you feel the need) is most appropriate 👍.
Choose the slow-release form if possible to ensure you're covered throughout the day, and take 1000 to 2000 mg/day depending on your weight.
A second twist 🩰 is useful here if you're a smoker 🚬: know that your vitamin C needs are tenfold and much greater than those of your average non-smoking neighbor 🚭.
Even if your immune system is like a superhero 🦸♂️, I recommend taking regular courses of treatment, such as: 2000mg/day for 3 months, then stop for 1 month, and so on.
A small precaution ⚠️ should be taken if you have high blood pressure. Generally, there's no problem, but as a precaution, check your blood pressure as you may be sensitive to it.
👉 MAGNESIUM is also very useful for our immune system, and we're all deficient in it to some extent at one time or another 😬 because stress, for example, depletes our reserves of this precious metal 😬.
My preference is magnesium citrate, bisglycinate, or orotate: 500 to 1000 mg/day.
Unlike vitamin D, there's no risk if you take too much, but your intestines will let you know by over-exerting yourself and causing diarrhea, if I may say so myself 😅.
Simply reduce the dose, and everything will quickly return to normal 😅😅😅.
👉 There's also SELENIUM, which comes in tablet or liquid form (a trace element), but... the best tablet remains Brazil nut: 1 to 2 a day and you're all set 👌.

👉 COPPER-GOLD-SILVER-SELENIUM (trace element)
👉 ECHINACEA mother tincture if possible, for one to two weeks, no more.
👉 THYMULINE 7CH or 200K: I'm a big fan of this remedy! And taking it is surprisingly simple: 3 small granules that you let dissolve gently under your tongue 👅 once a week.
Isn't that beautiful 😆❓
👉 If you have somewhat fragile health, you can supplement with OSCILLOCOCCINUM (7CH or 200K) and YERSIN SERUM (7CH or 200K) at the same dosage: 3 granules of each taken together once a week.
👉 And finally, why not a little LIVER DRAINAGE ❓
It's THE time: the changing of the seasons!
Those who know me know that I'm a generous user of ROSMARINUS DH1 buds: 40 drops in the evening in a little water 🚰 will be a real rejuvenating cure for this noble organ.

A strong immune system is, above all, a balanced body, mind, and spirit 💫.
No vitamin will compensate for a stressful lifestyle, an unbalanced diet, or a lack of sleep 😴.
Taking the time to pamper these three dimensions of your being is essential for a healthy balance ⚖️ of body, mind, and spirit.
