Tip 2 : The skin

The outside is a reflection of the inside, so they say ... our SKIN is no exception to this rule ... it is a reflection of the inside ... of our inner self ... of our health status šŸŒžā›ˆšŸŒž .

If you don't have beautiful skin it means that ... inside, something is not quite right ...

But why then ā“ā“ā“ā“


Well, because the skin is what we call an emunctory, that is, an organ that allows us to eliminate waste from our body 🚮🚮🚮.


There are others: the liver (major role), kidneys, intestines and lungs.

Our body, because of the way it works, produces waste šŸ—‘ every day ... so far so normalšŸ‘ŒšŸ‘ŒšŸ‘Œ...

The skin eliminates these wastes by sweating 🄵🄵🄵, it completes the work of the kidneys by the way, its composition resembles that of urine... yes, yes ... as you know šŸ˜‰ !


Except šŸ–... due to our lifestyle, often we accumulate more waste šŸ—‘ than our body is able to eliminate 🚮 ...

Those stressful times in our lives are well known to encourage a flare up of eczema or psoriasis ...

āœ… Drink at least 2 litres of wateršŸ’§šŸ’§šŸ’§and make it a habit to drink a glass of water🚰 with every cup of teašŸ«– or coffeeā˜•ļø!

āœ… Give yourself a treat šŸ˜†šŸ˜†šŸ˜† with olive, walnut and rapeseed oil ... raw of course ... and eat avocados šŸ„‘, some fruit šŸ„šŸ‰šŸ, plenty of vegetables (especially greens šŸ„— and oranges šŸ„•) and fish 🐟 seafood 🦪🦐 (they are rich in zinc and selenium )

āœ… If you have sleep problems 😓😓😓, take the bull by the horns to improve or even solve them once and for all ...

Yes, sometimes easier said than done ...

Anyway take care of your sleep šŸ›... don't leave it out by telling yourself that anyway you always had problems and that's how it is šŸ¤·ā™€ļøšŸ¤·ā™€ļøšŸ¤·ā™€ļø...

āœ… Don't let stress get to you on a daily basis either 😫😤😬 yes ... also easier said than done 😟...

However, there are techniques that can make a nervous system that goes into a tailspin 🌈 more harmonious 🤯 🤯 🤯 ...and if possible, let go of that useless belief that you are a stressed out person that this is just the way it is, that there is nothing to be done šŸ¤·ā™€ļøšŸ¤·ā™€ļøšŸ¤·ā™€ļø..

āœ…Oxygenate yourself šŸ˜®šŸ’Ø šŸ˜®šŸ’ØšŸ’Ø

No need to run a marathon šŸƒā™€ļøšŸƒā™€ļøšŸƒā™€ļø... too much sport speeds up ageing anyway ...

Focus on outdoor activities, when possible and breathe šŸ’ØšŸ’ØšŸ’Ø!


And ... smile šŸ˜€šŸ™ƒšŸ˜¬šŸ˜†

Smiling has beneficial physiological effects that are too often forgotten ... smiling is good for your morale and for the morale of others too 🄰🄰🄰...


Having said that, we all know that perfection doesn't exist, it would be quite boring ... ... we are "mere earthlings" šŸŒŽšŸŒšŸŒ and we do our best day by day ... ... there will be days without šŸ™ƒ days with šŸ™‚ ...

Once again, it will all be a matter of balance āš–ļøāš–ļøāš–ļø ...
