The outside is a reflection of the inside, so they say ... our SKIN is no exception to this rule ... it is a reflection of the inside ... of our inner self ... of our health status ๐ŸŒžโ›ˆ๐ŸŒž .

If you don't have beautiful skin it means that ... inside, something is not quite right ...

But why then โ“โ“โ“โ“


Well, because the skin is what we call an emunctory, that is, an organ that allows us to eliminate waste from our body ๐Ÿšฎ๐Ÿšฎ๐Ÿšฎ.


There are others: the liver (major role), kidneys, intestines and lungs.

Our body, because of the way it works, produces waste ๐Ÿ—‘ every day ... so far so normal๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘Œ...

โœ… Give yourself a treat ๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜† with olive, walnut and rapeseed oil ... raw of course ... and eat avocados ๐Ÿฅ‘, some fruit ๐Ÿฅ๐Ÿ‰๐Ÿ, plenty of vegetables (especially greens ๐Ÿฅ— and oranges ๐Ÿฅ•) and fish ๐ŸŸ seafood ๐Ÿฆช๐Ÿฆ (they are rich in zinc and selenium )

โœ… If you have sleep problems ๐Ÿ˜ด๐Ÿ˜ด๐Ÿ˜ด, take the bull by the horns to improve or even solve them once and for all ...

Yes, sometimes easier said than done ...

Anyway take care of your sleep ๐Ÿ›... don't leave it out by telling yourself that anyway you always had problems and that's how it is ๐Ÿคทโ™€๏ธ๐Ÿคทโ™€๏ธ๐Ÿคทโ™€๏ธ...

No need to run a marathon ๐Ÿƒโ™€๏ธ๐Ÿƒโ™€๏ธ๐Ÿƒโ™€๏ธ... too much sport speeds up ageing anyway ...

Focus on outdoor activities, when possible and breathe ๐Ÿ’จ๐Ÿ’จ๐Ÿ’จ!

Smiling has beneficial physiological effects that are too often forgotten ... smiling is good for your morale and for the morale of others too ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿฅฐ...


Having said that, we all know that perfection doesn't exist, it would be quite boring ... ... we are "mere earthlings" ๐ŸŒŽ๐ŸŒ๐ŸŒ and we do our best day by day ... ... there will be days without ๐Ÿ™ƒ days with ๐Ÿ™‚ ...
