The outside is a reflection of the inside, so they say ... our SKIN is no exception to this rule ... it is a reflection of the inside ... of our inner self ... of our health status šāš .
If you don't have beautiful skin it means that ... inside, something is not quite right ...

But why then āāāā
Well, because the skin is what we call an emunctory, that is, an organ that allows us to eliminate waste from our body š®š®š®.
There are others: the liver (major role), kidneys, intestines and lungs.
Our body, because of the way it works, produces waste š every day ... so far so normalššš...
The skin eliminates these wastes by sweating š„µš„µš„µ, it completes the work of the kidneys by the way, its composition resembles that of urine... yes, yes ... as you know š !
Except š... due to our lifestyle, often we accumulate more waste š than our body is able to eliminate š® ...

Result ā”ļø Overload of toxinsā ļø , most often acidic, from the body, with the key to sweating š° abundant and very smelly š as well as inflammatory diseases such as eczema, acne or psoriasis ... in short, pimples of all kinds ...š±š±š± ...
So yes, there are different techniques šØš»āļøš§š»āļøšØš»āļø quite effective š to drain the waste from the body and thus help it to eliminate them š®, the most important is the drainage of the liver which, with rare exceptions, proves to be much more effective than the drainage of the skin šŖ.

ā If you don't drink enough water, you'll be dehydrated š°š°š°š° and your sweat more concentrated and therefore more irritating š³š³š³...
A treat for all the little pimples that will become big and sometimes even itchy š...
ā If your diet is unbalanced: long live milk š„ sugar š good, well-baked baguette š„ cold cuts š and all food with lots of packaging šš©šæ especially a very long label š·!!!
ā If you smoke 2 packs a day ššš
ā If you don't sleep well š„±š„±š„±
ā If you have no physical activity ššš
ā If you are not well in your head š¤Æš¤Æš¤Æ ...not well in your skin as they say, it's so true ...
Those stressful times in our lives are well known to encourage a flare up of eczema or psoriasis ...
āāā You will not have beautiful skin! CQFD āļøāļøāļø
But then what should you do āāāā Well, the other way around of course āļøāļøāļø
The perfect day will look like this ššš :
ā Drink at least 2 litres of waterš§š§š§and make it a habit to drink a glass of waterš° with every cup of teaš« or coffeeāļø!
ā Give yourself a treat ššš with olive, walnut and rapeseed oil ... raw of course ... and eat avocados š„, some fruit š„šš, plenty of vegetables (especially greens š„ and oranges š„) and fish š seafood š¦Ŗš¦ (they are rich in zinc and selenium )
ā If you have sleep problems š“š“š“, take the bull by the horns to improve or even solve them once and for all ...
Yes, sometimes easier said than done ...
Anyway take care of your sleep š... don't leave it out by telling yourself that anyway you always had problems and that's how it is š¤·āļøš¤·āļøš¤·āļø...
ā Don't let stress get to you on a daily basis either š«š¤š¬ yes ... also easier said than done š...
However, there are techniques that can make a nervous system that goes into a tailspin š more harmonious 𤯠𤯠𤯠...and if possible, let go of that useless belief that you are a stressed out person that this is just the way it is, that there is nothing to be done š¤·āļøš¤·āļøš¤·āļø..
ā Oxygenate yourself š®šØ š®šØšØ
No need to run a marathon šāļøšāļøšāļø... too much sport speeds up ageing anyway ...
Focus on outdoor activities, when possible and breathe šØšØšØ!
And ... smile ššš¬š
Smiling has beneficial physiological effects that are too often forgotten ... smiling is good for your morale and for the morale of others too š„°š„°š„°...
Having said that, we all know that perfection doesn't exist, it would be quite boring ... ... we are "mere earthlings" ššš and we do our best day by day ... ... there will be days without š days with š ...
Once again, it will all be a matter of balance āļøāļøāļø ...
