Tip n° 11 : The stomach

I made a promise to myself that from now on my posts would be shorter 🙈🙊🙉!!!

Quite a challenge 🙆🏻♀️🙆🏻🙆🏻♀️!


It is true that I sometimes get carried away 🌀 ... and transported 🌀🌀🌀 ... by the flow of my thoughts 🤔 and the rhythm of my pen ✍🏻 or rather my fingers on my computer ⌨️ should I say 🙄 ... but well, it's not as pretty 😆 !

BREF 🙃🙃🙃 ...


This week, I'm going to try to keep my promise ... so, without transition let's get to the heart of the matter: your STOMACH ‼️

This organ which can be the cause of many worries 🥴🤢🥴 ...


The causes of these inconveniences can be multiple, so my first advice would be to go and see your doctor 👩🏻⚕️🩺👨🏻⚕️.


However, I can still give you a few little tips that will hopefully give you some relief 😌 , especially if you suffer from reflux 🤢 (acid reflux) and painful sensations 😩

... 😮💨 sigh 😮💨 ... it's complicated to be brief 😂😂😂.


Come on, I'm getting my act together 🙇🏻🙇🏻🙇🏻 :


👉 Eat slowly and 🦷 CHEW 🦷 +++++++ = basic.

Yes, I know ... I've said it before 🙄 !

👉 Break up your meals: more meals and smaller amounts.

👉 Limit ... in no particular order: tea 🍵, coffee ☕️, soda 🥤, fizzy drinks, alcohol 🍸, salt 🧂, chillies 🌶, fried food 🍟, herbal teas with red fruits, dishes with sauce, cold cuts 🐖, industrial food, dairy products ...🥛 no, no ...don't get depressed 😭, it's for your own good 😅 !

👉 Make sure you eat enough fibre 🥬🥕🥦🍇🥑🥭

👉 Drink water at room temperature 🚰 and preferably between meals

👉 Avoid soups 🥣 and don't drink too much in the evening...anyway in the evening: eat light!

👉 Don't lean forward and go to bed 🛏 after a meal ... yes, it's logical 🙄 but I say it anyway 😉 ...

👉 Avoid wearing a belt that's too tight ... we forget the wasp waist 👗🥲

👉 Be generous with turmeric, ginger, oregano

👉 Also be generous with omega 3: fish 🐟, walnut oil, rapeseed oil, camelina oil ... organic, cold pressed and extra virgin ... eat raw please!

👉 If necessary, raise the head of the bed 🛌 by putting several pillows for example

👉 Plan moments of relaxation 😇😇😇 to limit stress 🙂

👉 And to finish: a bit of homeopathy: Nux Vomica 5CH - the reputation of this remedy is well established 😉 - 3 x 3 granules a day (you let it melt under the 👅 ), you can combine it with: Asa Foetida 5CH: same dosage.


So ❓❓❓❓ Have I kept my promise ❓❓❓❓
