I made a promise to myself that from now on my posts would be shorter ๐๐๐!!!
Quite a challenge ๐๐ปโ๏ธ๐๐ป๐๐ปโ๏ธ!
It is true that I sometimes get carried away ๐ ... and transported ๐๐๐ ... by the flow of my thoughts ๐ค and the rhythm of my pen โ๐ป or rather my fingers on my computer โจ๏ธ should I say ๐ ... but well, it's not as pretty ๐ !

This week, I'm going to try to keep my promise ... so, without transition let's get to the heart of the matter: your STOMACH โผ๏ธ

This organ which can be the cause of many worries ๐ฅด๐คข๐ฅด ...
The causes of these inconveniences can be multiple, so my first advice would be to go and see your doctor ๐ฉ๐ปโ๏ธ๐ฉบ๐จ๐ปโ๏ธ.
However, I can still give you a few little tips that will hopefully give you some relief ๐ , especially if you suffer from reflux ๐คข (acid reflux) and painful sensations ๐ฉ
... ๐ฎ๐จ sigh ๐ฎ๐จ ... it's complicated to be brief ๐๐๐.
Come on, I'm getting my act together ๐๐ป๐๐ป๐๐ป :
๐ Eat slowly and ๐ฆท CHEW ๐ฆท +++++++ = basic.
Yes, I know ... I've said it before ๐ !
๐ Break up your meals: more meals and smaller amounts.
๐ Limit ... in no particular order: tea ๐ต, coffee โ๏ธ, soda ๐ฅค, fizzy drinks, alcohol ๐ธ, salt ๐ง, chillies ๐ถ, fried food ๐, herbal teas with red fruits, dishes with sauce, cold cuts ๐, industrial food, dairy products ...๐ฅ no, no ...don't get depressed ๐ญ, it's for your own good ๐ !
๐ Make sure you eat enough fibre ๐ฅฌ๐ฅ๐ฅฆ๐๐ฅ๐ฅญ
๐ Drink water at room temperature ๐ฐ and preferably between meals
๐ Avoid soups ๐ฅฃ and don't drink too much in the evening...anyway in the evening: eat light!
๐ Don't lean forward and go to bed ๐ after a meal ... yes, it's logical ๐ but I say it anyway ๐ ...
๐ Avoid wearing a belt that's too tight ... we forget the wasp waist ๐๐ฅฒ
๐ Be generous with turmeric, ginger, oregano
๐ Also be generous with omega 3: fish ๐, walnut oil, rapeseed oil, camelina oil ... organic, cold pressed and extra virgin ... eat raw please!
๐ If necessary, raise the head of the bed ๐ by putting several pillows for example
๐ Plan moments of relaxation ๐๐๐ to limit stress ๐
๐ And to finish: a bit of homeopathy: Nux Vomica 5CH - the reputation of this remedy is well established ๐ - 3 x 3 granules a day (you let it melt under the ๐ ), you can combine it with: Asa Foetida 5CH: same dosage.
