It is true that I sometimes get carried away ๐ŸŒ€ ... and transported ๐ŸŒ€๐ŸŒ€๐ŸŒ€ ... by the flow of my thoughts ๐Ÿค” and the rhythm of my pen โœ๐Ÿป or rather my fingers on my computer โŒจ๏ธ should I say ๐Ÿ™„ ... but well, it's not as pretty ๐Ÿ˜† !

However, I can still give you a few little tips that will hopefully give you some relief ๐Ÿ˜Œ , especially if you suffer from reflux ๐Ÿคข (acid reflux) and painful sensations ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

๐Ÿ‘‰ Break up your meals: more meals and smaller amounts.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Limit ... in no particular order: tea ๐Ÿต, coffee โ˜•๏ธ, soda ๐Ÿฅค, fizzy drinks, alcohol ๐Ÿธ, salt ๐Ÿง‚, chillies ๐ŸŒถ, fried food ๐ŸŸ, herbal teas with red fruits, dishes with sauce, cold cuts ๐Ÿ–, industrial food, dairy products ...๐Ÿฅ› no, no ...don't get depressed ๐Ÿ˜ญ, it's for your own good ๐Ÿ˜… !

๐Ÿ‘‰ Make sure you eat enough fibre ๐Ÿฅฌ๐Ÿฅ•๐Ÿฅฆ๐Ÿ‡๐Ÿฅ‘๐Ÿฅญ

๐Ÿ‘‰ Drink water at room temperature ๐Ÿšฐ and preferably between meals

๐Ÿ‘‰ Avoid soups ๐Ÿฅฃ and don't drink too much in the evening...anyway in the evening: eat light!

๐Ÿ‘‰ Don't lean forward and go to bed ๐Ÿ› after a meal ... yes, it's logical ๐Ÿ™„ but I say it anyway ๐Ÿ˜‰ ...

๐Ÿ‘‰ Avoid wearing a belt that's too tight ... we forget the wasp waist ๐Ÿ‘—๐Ÿฅฒ

๐Ÿ‘‰ Be generous with turmeric, ginger, oregano

๐Ÿ‘‰ Also be generous with omega 3: fish ๐ŸŸ, walnut oil, rapeseed oil, camelina oil ... organic, cold pressed and extra virgin ... eat raw please!

๐Ÿ‘‰ If necessary, raise the head of the bed ๐Ÿ›Œ by putting several pillows for example

๐Ÿ‘‰ Plan moments of relaxation ๐Ÿ˜‡๐Ÿ˜‡๐Ÿ˜‡ to limit stress ๐Ÿ™‚

๐Ÿ‘‰ And to finish: a bit of homeopathy: Nux Vomica 5CH - the reputation of this remedy is well established ๐Ÿ˜‰ - 3 x 3 granules a day (you let it melt under the ๐Ÿ‘… ), you can combine it with: Asa Foetida 5CH: same dosage.
