Tip n°60 : Is it CHAOS up there❓

They say time is money, but time is, above all, life 🌱.
Let me ask you a question: when you wake up in the morning, what do you do ❓
Yes, that's exactly what I'd like to know: what's the first thing you do ❓
You drink a glass of water 🚰, you go to the bathroom... but let's leave aside those basic needs. After that, what do you do?
Do you rush off to make tea 🍵 or coffee ☕️ while, manu militari, turning on your cell phone 📱❓
At what point do thoughts start to invade your 'brain up there' 🤯 and clash with each other? ❓ As soon as you open your eyes ❓
By the way, as soon as you open your eyes... what are you thinking about? ❓ Have you ever asked yourself this question?
This question is very interesting, and the answer is sometimes quite surprising.
Why don't you do this little exercise, starting tomorrow, to discover a little more about yourself?

Another thing: how do you feel in the morning? ❓
Ready to 'attack' your day? ❓
Let's emphasize the importance of words here... I'll rephrase: ready to start your day seems more appropriate 😉.
Or already tired 😔, just at the mere thought of the day beginning? ❓
What happens next, and in what order? ❓
Are you one of those people who turns on their cell phone 📱 when their second eye isn't quite open yet 🥴❓
Maybe your phone was left on all night, and you were brave enough to reply to a message 📲 when you were supposed to be asleep 😴.
According to studies, this happens more often than you think. After (or before, depending on your habits) taking your shower 🚿, you find yourself sitting at the table, a hot drink in hand, biting into your toast with butter and jam 🍞.
It's certainly not the best breakfast, but that's another story 😆.
And meanwhile, you're already checking your cell phone, which, tirelessly, displays 24 unread text messages 💬 and 37 unread emails 📧…
All received during your sleeping hours – unless, of course, you've been a little overzealous at night ❗️
This flood of requests causes a jolt of fear 🫣 in you, and that's when your toast – generously garnished – slips out of your hands 🥺.
Of course, it always falls the wrong way. That of butter and excess jam, thus faithfully respecting Murphy's law ❗️
As you're making yourself another slice of toast, you can't resist the temptation and open your inbox 📨.
That's when you come across—oh horror 😱—a customer complaint message, the tone of which isn't exactly conducive to a smooth start to the morning 😡.
Now I'll ask my question again: how do you feel in the morning ❓
I sincerely hope that what I just described doesn't correspond to your early morning routine, otherwise it's a guarantee of a somewhat chaotic day 😳.
It must be said that our environment doesn't really encourage us to live calmly, serenely, in a natural rhythm 😌.
Our days are often full, very full, too full, and we breeze through them 🐎, under a more or less constant bombardment of stimuli and demands 💥.
Our brains can't keep up. And it's chaos up there ❗️
Stress is becoming a part of our daily lives. For many, it's become the norm.
There's even a kind of recognition in being overwhelmed all day long... 🤷♀️
What I'm describing may not correspond to your daily reality, but one thing is certain: stress is a scourge of our so-called 'modern' era.
When it comes to modernity, we could have done better, don't you think? 😬❓
Whatever your situation—whether you live alone, are married, with or without children, work full-time or part-time, or are retired—stress doesn't really follow a logical proportionality to the apparent workload.
I see this every day during my consultations: it's not logical, we agree... but that's how it is 🤷♀️.
For two decades, we've been experiencing a constant acceleration in our pace of life, to the point where our bodies, and especially our brains 🧠, can no longer keep up.
Yes, it's truly CHAOS up there ❗️
Without going into detail, you should know that under stress—not the occasional stress that sometimes boosts us—but the much more insidious stress that has infiltrated our lives for many years... under this chronic stress, our brains no longer function properly 😵💫.
It's anatomical. It's physiological. It's biochemical.
We're a long way from Lucy's performance in Luc Besson's film.
She was taking substances, you might say? That's entirely true... Anyway, I digress.
So, let's get back to the point... or rather, to our brains 🧠.
When stress becomes chronic, a permanent inflammatory state sets in in our body. And behind this chronic inflammation lies a door 🚪 that we definitely don't want to open: the door to chronic illness.
Now let's return to the initial question: how do you start your day ❓ What do you do first ❓
If you haven't already, I invite you to devote the few minutes after waking up... to yourself.
Not to coffee.
Not to toast - which will end up falling anyway when your phone slips from your hands ❗️ - and therefore:
Definitely not to your cell phone.
Start your day mindfully and not on autopilot 🤖.
Here are some suggestions:
• Breathe consciously 🌬️ (see tip #19)
• Observe nature… or just listen to it with your eyes closed 😌
• Write down your first thoughts 📝 (I told you, we're sometimes very surprised!)
• Or read an inspiring passage from a book 📖.
You are the most important person in your life… yes, yes, you ❗️
So first thing in the morning, give yourself a few minutes—they are precious—and give your whole being these moments of calm and mental peace 🤗.
You'll soon find yourself back in the hustle and bustle of the world, in its 'fast-paced' version 🏃♀️🏃.
Bringing awareness into this new day means learning to bring awareness into your life.
And that's an essential key 🗝️.
The key to a life lived in balance, harmony, and coherence 〰️〰️〰️.
Yes, it's quite a program.
And for most of us, it's not innate.
But it can be learned: by taking one small step after another 👣👣👣.
And take that first small step as soon as you wake up: it will add a beautiful color to your day 🌈.
You feel concerned about the subject ❓
Are you stressed, overwhelmed, or simply curious to understand yourself better? ❓
So, find me in my latest book, published by Éditions Jouvence:
A book to address the major themes of our society, decode how your body works, and, above all, give you 🫴 many practical keys to finding a more harmonious life in a daily life that is often far too busy.

I wish you a wonderful summer, a wonderful winter, or a wonderful season, wherever you are 🤗.
And I'll see you after my vacation 😎.
With all my love 😘 and...✨✨✨ MIAM la Vie ✨✨✨❗️
