I've already spoken to you about it... maybe even several times...
It's a subject that fascinates me, or rather - is it more appropriate to say - this way of seeing things enchants and amazes me 🤩.
And since it's not really 'a way of seeing things,' a somewhat mystical interpretation of reality, but rather a proven and established fact, it's somehow even more magical ✨.
As Blandine Pluchet explains in her book "Physics for Dummies" ... yes, yes, I read that book too 😆❗️!:
"According to calculations, dark energy represents approximately 68% of the total matter in the Universe, and dark matter 27%. The remaining 5% constitutes ordinary matter, the one that composes us and the world around us, the one we know best and that is observable by our instruments." This means that 95% of the matter in the Universe is beyond our reach."
A little more seriously 🤓 - although the book cited above is very serious 😉 - Stephen Hawking says:
"It seems that the universe contains far more matter than we can see. The rest is invisible—the mysterious dark matter and the even more mysterious dark energy."
We live in a world about which we know virtually nothing 🤷♀️.
It's calming ❗️
Let's remain humble 😌 in the face of our ignorance, and tolerant of those who dare to express opinions that deviate from the beaten track of mainstream thinking 🙃.
Perhaps one day they'll be right ❓❗️
The universe is not - yet - within our reach, and almost all of its mysteries remain to be discovered 😲.
I find it fascinating, don't you? ❓
Dear readers, I wish you a wonderful week with ✨✨✨ MIAM la Vie ✨✨✨
