Even if sometimes it's enough to make you cry… 😢
But crying won't change anything, except perhaps add sadness to the prevailing gloom, with the risk of drowning in our tears as we navigate the chaos of humanity… 💧
On the other hand, if we cry with laughter 😂, then everything changes! ❗️
Crying and laughing are, in fact, never far apart.
The laughter Michel Boujenah speaks of is neither mocking nor cynical.
It is beneficial, for it is a form of tender lucidity.
An elegance in the face of tragedy.
A way to stay alive without becoming bitter.
Humor is a way to tame the flaws of our humanity.
Of course, we can't laugh at everything 😞… but we can still laugh at a lot of things 😆
Yes, our world is often absurd, excessive, contradictory, even downright idiotic 🤷♀️
It's the Human Comedy.
However, it doesn't need us adding our own two cents with our agitation, our tendency to dramatize, or our inclination to take everything too seriously 😉
So, while observing the world's madness, let's not allow it to afflict us.
Our world abounds with beautiful things 🌺, and they far outweigh its dark aspects.
It's with this last 💫💭🪄 Magical Thought 🪄💭💫 that I'll leave you for a few weeks.
A few weeks of disconnecting 😌 and resting before seeing you all again in July 🤗
Wishing Mauritians and everyone in the Southern Hemisphere a wonderful winter 🥶 and a beautiful summer 🥵 to everyone else.
Sending you all my love ♥️🌼🌸
