A seeming paradox... which isn't one.

As the Latin proverb Festina lente says: "make haste slowly."

Because when we go too fast, we make mistakes 🥺.

Because when we go too fast, we miss a lot of things 🙄.

Because when we go too fast, we risk rushing... and in "rush," there's "precipice" 🥺.

When we take our time, we see better, we understand better, and we act more accurately and effectively 😌.

So, this week, I invite you to slow down.

To be more present, more aware, more alive ♥️.
