It's true: a snowflake ❄️ is so light that it thinks itself insignificant. How can we blame it for causing such a disaster ❓

And yet, it is the accumulation of all these seemingly harmless snowflakes ❄️❄️❄️ that, as they tumble down the mountain, triggers an avalanche.

Each snowflake bears its share of responsibility.

But if, instead of seeing this quote as a criticism, we turned it around ❓

Rather than reading it as an excuse for shirking responsibility, we can discover a magnificent lesson of hope: the union of thousands of snowflakes creates the irresistible force of the avalanche.

No contribution is too small 😌.

Every gesture counts 🫴, every voice has weight 🗣️, every step adds to the others 👣.

Alone, we can feel fragile. Together, we can transform a gentle slope into an immense surge.

And if snow can move mountains, why can't humans also change the world ❓
