(Not very French, I grant you 🥺 - but it's just to give the idea ❗️)
And yet, when we look around us - and often even within ourselves - nothing really changes 🤷♀️.
It's even getting worse 🙈.
All these wonderful tools have become objects of alienation 🤖.
This subject is so close to my heart that I devoted an entire chapter to it - the first one - in my latest book 📘: C'est le Chaos là-haut !)
Like fish 🐟, we swim in circles in the notifications in our fishbowl.
Always connected, but rarely present 🙄.
Always in demand, but rarely focused 🙃.
Every vibration, every notification, every message draws us in like a hook.
We dive headfirst into this digital fishbowl, looking for the next click, the next like, the next little thrill of attention ⚡️.
The attention economy has turned our curiosity into a resource to be exploited.
Our thoughts become short.
Our emotions are instantaneous.
Our days are fragmented.
🌬️ What if we took a little time to breathe ❓
🥱 To be bored - it's almost become a dirty word these days 😅.
🐌 To act slowly.

Getting out of the fishbowl and taking back control, maybe that's true freedom...
What if we tried ❓
A wonderful week to you, dear readers of my heart 🧡, with ✨✨✨ Miam la Vie ✨✨✨ and without turning on your phone first thing in the morning, I promise 😉❓
