We're all, or almost all, chasing after time, aren't we? 🏃♀️ As if it were slipping away from us… 🫳
What if, ultimately, time isn't what really matters? 🏃♀️ What if it isn't the real problem? ⏳
Because no, it isn't.
Time is the same for all of us.
What truly drains and exhausts us 😓 is that our attention is scattered in every direction.
We've become attention-diverted! ❗️
Every beep announcing yet another notification 📲,
every thought that loops endlessly in our heads 🤯,
all those things we do that are so pointless… 🤷♀️
All of this erodes our presence. We want to do everything, and in the end, we do nothing fully.
The key isn't to control our time.
The key is to control our attention.
Simplifying means making space.
Making space for what's essential, for what truly matters.
Let's start by asking ourselves this question: what truly matters to me in my life?
And then, let's stop managing our time.
Instead, let's learn to choose where we focus our attention.
As a reminder: where your attention goes, your energy goes.
And where your energy goes is where you build your life.
