Yes, it's pretty much the same old life every day 🤷‍♀️… at least, if we're not paying attention.


And when you realize that most of these thoughts aren't exactly cheerful, or even downright negative 😵‍💫… it's a daily grind that isn't exactly thrilling ❗️


So, it's the same thoughts, repeated day after day, that govern our lives… often without us even realizing it.


Are we then just little robots, unhappy, moving on autopilot through days devoid of any excitement ❓ The question might seem provocative… and yet, it sometimes hits the nail on the head.


By constantly operating this way, we become terribly predictable 😬

Our reactions, our emotions, our days all end up looking the same… even though we deeply yearn for change.


But we can only transform what we are aware of. Your life can only evolve if you infuse it with presence 🌬️


Becoming aware of your thoughts, your patterns, your repetitive behaviors…

This is something you learn, because it doesn't come naturally.


So, observe yourself 👀


Observe your thoughts: what are you really thinking about throughout the day? ❓


Let's try it, if you'd like.


Take a sheet of paper and a pen 📝

For one minute, write down everything that crosses your mind. Don't think, don't filter, just write.

Then, reread what you wrote.

Among all these thoughts, which ones were you truly aware of? ❓ You'll often be surprised 😉


Learning to focus your attention is the first step to regaining control. And to truly living.

To truly live is to live in the moment, and to live in the moment is to be present 😌
