I actually think there are many of you 😉.

A 'simple' noise... which is anything but simple, horrifies you 😫 and can even hurt you physically,

A sweater whose texture itches... itches so hard that it becomes unbearable 😖,

This strong smell that makes you nauseous 🤢,

Bright colors but which for you are frankly garish 😵‍💫,

And when you put it all together, it’s quite a chaos, in your head but in your body too 🤦‍♀️.

But... you know there is always a 'but' with me 😉, it can go the other way too 🤩:

You are gifted, and I emphasize this word, with such sensitivity that you will be ecstatic with happiness 😲 in front of this butterfly which has come to rest there, right next to you,

The scent of this flower, barely in bloom, will sublimate all your senses 😌,

The softness of this fabric will delight your sensuality ☺️,

And all the magic of Life will naturally be revealed to you ✨.

I read this beautiful sentence: 'Don't be afraid to live a life that others don't understand.'

When we are sensitive, we are alive 😃.

This is what I think quietly and what I write - I shout very loudly .
